Shipping policy

RTMapparel    items are made-to-order therefore, it can take around 2-3 weeks to manufacture items. Each piece is unique, and hand manufactured to perfection. Due to high demand, you may experience longer wait times.

 All orders are shipped via USPS and UPS. Please note the shipping method you choose DOES NOT include the processing time. This includes those who select express shipping.

 Also, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier and will not refund shipping costs due to matters out of our control. Some orders may experience delays due to holidays & pandemic.

 You will receive tracking once the order ships.

 International customers are responsible for duty and tax on delivery. Duty and tax may vary by country.

 We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged shipments. Customers are responsible for paying additional shipping and handling fees to have the order re-shipped, if available.
